The bright moonlight shined on a commuter town far enough
from the shopping district full of office workers to be wrapped in calm and
silence.
The young children were asleep, the married couples were
enjoying pleasant chats, and the students were returning from their cram
schools.
Towns like this could be found anywhere, but something far
from ordinary was happening in a park the residents visited during the day. An
inhuman monster used its tentacles to grab two schoolgirls on the way home from

The two warriors emerged from the light and back onto the
battlefield.

queen. They had been placed in hopeless situations on many occasions.
But they had worked together to overcome every one of them,
developed a friendship, and pushed back the enemy forces. There had been five
dark generals in the beginning, but they had defeated them one at a time and
they had finally rescued the queen about a month ago.
With the power-up that brought them, they had shattered more
and more dark ambitions until only the general called Black Diamond and the
sealed Demon Lord Dark Hole remained.
They were so close to reclaiming peace.
The two of them kicked the Jungle Gym Star Demon away and
launched their finishing move.
The red warrior raised her Rubina Wand and the blue warrior
raised her Sapphire Wand before aiming them straight at the Star Demon.
“Star Knight Attack: Twin Hurricaaaaaaaaaaaaane!”

A torrent of fire burst from the red wand and an ice tornado
developed from the blue wand. The two attacks intertwined and enveloped the
Star Demon.
The baptism of the Star Knights’ unsullied energy purified
and obliterated the monster that had fused with the playground equipment. The
jungle gym returned to being a harmless plaything.
The female general clicked her tongue at her pawn’s defeat.
The victorious warriors moved to challenge Black Diamond as
well.
“Black Diamond! Prepare yourself!”
“This ends here! Hahhh!”
“Eh heh heh. You’re brave, I’ll give you that.”
The wicked general dodged the warriors’ attacks with
movements as light as a butterfly.
When she sent out lashes of her high-speed whip, the girls
were forced into retreat.

The two clasped their hands and held them up toward the
heavens as if in prayer.

Just as Black Diamond panicked, a warm golden light
surrounded the warriors’ bodies. Their battle suits were powered up by the
blessing of resurrected Star Queen Esmeralda.

finisher.

A vortex of rainbow and gold surrounded the wicked general.

Just as they thought she had been annihilated, Black Diamond
teleported away.
With the battle over, the park regained its quiet.
The warriors untransformed and felt the relief of victory
mixed with the frustration of the general getting away.
“Black Diamond escaped.”
“But we must have damaged her. So next time, okay!?”
Tomoka gave a bright wink and Nanato smiled and nodded.
After erasing the other girls’ memories of being raped,
Nanato and Tomoka started to walk home.
Black Diamond watched them from a distant building rooftop
where she sat injured.
